The NYC screenings ofROAD TO PEACE coincides with the Dalai Lama's visit to New York city on October 20th and 21st.
There will be a preview on Saturday October 20th at 3 PM with seating commencing at 2.30pm
The VIP PREMIERE on Sunday, October 21st at 7.00pm includes a Q&A with the London filmmaker Leon Stuparich and a discussion on Universal Responsibility with special guests including Tushar Gandhi, Grammy Award winner David Sanborn, and Grammy nominated Nawang Khechog. Tushar Gandhi and Leon Stuparich will discuss universal responsibility and a Q & A with the audience. Stuparich produced and directed the full- length documentary which follows the Dalai Lama's journey through the UK, as he shares his spiritual and humanitarian message and speaks his legacy for future generations.
ROAD TO PEACE has screened to sold out crowds in London and Australia. Jini Reddy of Positive News wrote,
"The film is as close as to a flesh and blood encounter with the Dalai Lama as it gets."

Tibet House Trust is the UK registered charity, inaugurated in 1994 by His Holiness the Dalai Lama, the patron of the Trust. Its purpose is to preserve the distinct Tibetan culture, identity and enable the Tibetan to attain a sustainable life in exile while working for an eventual return to their homeland.
For 15 years, The Tibet House Trust has been the primary funding organization to deliver the education, health, culture, community and economic development programs serving more than 120,000 Tibetan refugees living in India, Nepal and Bhutan.
Our aims is to promote the sustainable livelihood which improves overall socio-economic self reliance so that the Tibetan people are able to survive in exile with self-esteem and confidence.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a multi-level creative arts workshop calledPhoenix Project NYC. It is committed to healing and inspiring at-risk, culturally under-served women and girls.
In addition. the evening will serve to spotlight and support Pay It Forward and Life Vest Inside a non-profit based on the philosophy that increasing kindness in society will lead to more connectedness and a better, happier world.
Pay It Forward is about the exponential growth of kindness with no expectation of anything in return.
If one person does an act of kindness for 3 people and each of those pay it forward to 3 people and so on, after 2 weeks, those intial acts of kindness will have touched 4.7 million people.
Pay It Forward shows how simple it is for one person to change the world.
Life Vest Insideis a 501(c)3 non-profit organization based on the principle that KINDNESS keeps the world afloat. LVI is dedicated to spreading kindness, empowering people and building self-esteem and self-value.
At Life Vest Inside our goal is to utilize the power of kindness to empower individuals with the strength and self-esteem needed to rise with dignity to their utmost potential.
